Shannon is available for hire for your next private event! Shannon hosts both private dinners and cooking classes in her beautiful home and backyard garden. Shannon's love for food and exploration has taken her on remarkable journeys to over 50 countries across the globe, and she loves to share amazing stories and dishes she learned along the way.

Each of Shannon’s events are typically themed around a specific country or region she has traveled to. Shannon works closely with you to plan the perfect menu for the occasion. Each menu is typically 5-6 courses, with thoughtful wine pairings. Each event includes professionally designed tablescapes with custom florals and a take home thank you gift.

Whether you’re looking to host a birthday party, anniversary dinner, charity dinner, bridal lunch, bachelorette cooking classes, high tea, or you have a creative concept for your event that you’d like to pitch, Chef Shannon will ensure that your private event is one your guests will remember!

Details

Shannon is happy to host parties for 8-26 people between 5-10pm indoors in her dining room, or in her backyard garden area when the weather is nice. Parties with fewer guests can be accommodated with a minimum fee. Shannon provides all service staff and dishware and works with you to create a perfect menu for your event.

Pricing

For events between 8-26 people held at Shannon’s home, the cost begins at $185/person for adults. The cost may go up depending on finalized menu and pairings. For offsite events, the location must be approved by Shannon and incur an offsite fee of $500. Events with fewer than 8 guests are welcome, with a minimum cost of $1,600 instead of a per person model.

  • Events are typically held between 5-10pm, however exceptions can be made upon request.

  • Should you be interested in hosting your private event off-site at a different location, Shannon must approve the location. This is primarily to ensure that her high standards can be met to make sure you and your guests have an extraordinary experience. There is also an off-site fee of $500.

  • Shannon offers multi-coursed wine dinners, cooking classes for adults or kids (demo or hands on), birthday parties, anniversary dinners, charity dinners, themed dinners, bridal lunches, bachelorette cooking classes, high tea, and more. If you have a creative concept you’d like to suggest, she’d love to hear it!

  • If you’re hosting the event at Shannon’s home, her liquor license / insurance requires that she provide all liquor/wine.

  • Most of Shannon’s dinners focus on a type of cuisine from places Shannon has traveled to. They are typically 5-6 courses, each thoughtfully paired with wine selections. Shannon loves to share her stories behind each course, often using ingredients that she has brought from those countries. Each guest will go home with a small gift related to the dinner or theme. During pleasant weather, dinners can be served in Shannon’s Garden. Her farm table in her outdoor kitchen seats 18 and additional tables can be set around the pool.
