An Italian Springtime Dinner with Chef Shannon + Special Guest - April 25

Join Shannon as she hosts Napa winemaker, Paula Kornell for an Italian springtime dinner in Shannon’s garden. Paula will be in Tulsa representing her Eleven Eleven wines at Philbrook Wine Experience. For the second time, she and Shannon will collaborate to bring you a memorable 5-course dinner, this time paired with Paula’s Sparkling Wines!

Shannon’s recent visit to Italy inspired her to prepare dishes from her experiences, with an emphasis on ingredients available at the Tulsa Farmers Market, as well as those she brought home from the Italian markets. This will be the first dinner in Shannon’s garden this year, and it is one that you won’t want to miss!
